Step 1: Get the Excel Template
- Log in to your Motodisk account at https://portal.motodisk.com.
- Go to Inventory > Stocks.
- Click Export Excel (top of the page).
- The system will download an Excel file. This will be your upload template.
Step 2: Understand the Template Sheets
The Excel file has 3 sheets:
- Template – where you will input your inventory data.
- Motorcycle ID – reference sheet to check which motorcycles are compatible with your products.
- Upload Sample – a filled-out example to guide you.
Step 3: Fill Out the Template
Open the Template sheet. Make sure you complete all columns marked as Mandatory. Columns that are not marked as mandatory can be left blank.

Stocks of Default Warehouse | Quantity currently in stock | 50 |
⚠️ Double-check spelling and formatting before uploading. Product names must be unique.
